Barbarian

May 2022 – Current

Agency team lead responsible for all American Express social & influencer programs. During my time at Barbarian, I’ve spearheaded the account’s first social production, developed a yearlong Influencer strategy and have defined a new way of producing content that is truly social-first. Managed a cross functional team of 30 individuals inclusive of account managers, creatives & social strategists.

Ogilvy Chicago

January 2019 – May 2022

Senior leader on the Tyson Foods account. As the first hire on a team that eventually grew to 15 individuals, I played a key role in setting up the team from a best-practices perspective, and set the cultural tone for ways of working within the agency. Established myself as a top performer within the agency - inheriting key agency projects outside of my assigned remit.

FCB Chicago

February 2017 –December 2018

Go-to-market lead on the Valspar and HGTV HOME by Sherwin Williams business. Led the first social production for the paint company, producing over 100 assets through an end-to-end production in Madrid. The three day shoot included 10 set-ups, 15 actors, and a crew that only spoke Spanish.
